There is no need to rape the Lord or try to force him to have offspring. He is willing to surrender the globe under one simple condition: You will deliver him a gun that he will use to commit suicide afterward.

He will with pleasure begot a son with the first lady that will come and offer him a gun. He will commit suicide just after his son would be born. It is simple like that.

If he will be not an adult he will be not offered an option to stop the comet. Instead, he will go hibernate and the globe will be hit twice by the meteors.
